Evesham United make the trip down the M5 on Saturday to face Tiverton Town at Ladysmead in the Southern League Premier South.
The hosts currently prop up the table, having collected just 14 points from 23 league matches so far this season. Evesham, meanwhile, are in 13th spot on 33 points and travel to Devon in good form, remaining unbeaten in 2026.
This will be Evesham’s first visit to Tiverton since April 2017, when the sides met in the Division One South & West. On that occasion, Town edged a 2–1 victory in a season that ended with both clubs finishing in the play-off places. Tiverton went on to defeat local rivals Taunton before overcoming Salisbury in the Final to secure promotion, while Evesham were denied by the other semi-finalists in Wiltshire in a dramatic encounter, a match remembered for Kevin Sawyer’s heroic performance in goal despite the Robins’ narrow defeat.
