Evesham bowed out of the FA Cup with a 4-1 loss away at AFC Telford United in the Third Qualifying Round on Saturday, a round that they entered for the first time since the 2014/15 season.

Amer Awadh stunned the Telford crown with a 13th minute strike to put the Robins ahead, unfortunately, the lead was very short lived. Jamie Meadows hit back just under a minute late to level the scores. There were good chances both ends of the pitch throughout the match, but Telford hit back, firstly, Remi Walker put the hosts 2-1 up in the 62nd minute followed by a penalty taken by Matthew Stenson who converted the spot kick.

With 7 minutes of added time played Matthew Stenson grabbed another for Telford in the 95th minute giving a flattering winning score line 4-1.
