Following our first pre-season friendly match last Saturday against Stratford Town at the Spiers & Hartwell Stadium with a 1-1 draw with Amer Awadh securing the draw for us on 65′ we look forward to the visit of Cheltenham Town Friday evening with a 19:00 kick-off.

Nicknamed The Robins, Cheltenham Town play in the EFL League Two after being relegated last season, they finished in 21st place, just above Fleetwood Town, Port Vale and Carlisle United.

Robins fans will be able to see the newly signed players for the 24/25 season who played the first pre-season match where five of last year’s squad also lined up.

There are several more matches for Evesham this pre-season against Pershore Town (away, Tuesday 16th July, 19:30), Inkberrow (away, Saturday 20th July, 15:00), Redditch United (home, Tuesday 23rd July, 19:30), Swindon Supermarine (away, Saturday 27th July, 15:00) and Forest Green Rovers (home, Wednesday 31st July, 19:00).

The match against North Leigh (home, Saturday 3rd August 13:00) has been cancelled due to our participation in the FA Cup the same day with no other dates available to reschedule the friendly.
